We rode the Tube, zipped under the English Channel, watched a medieval castle being built from scratch, and even learned how to cook like true Florentines.

Our adventure together begins in the great city of London. We'll meet at 3 p.m. for a brief "Welcome to Europe" meeting at our hotel. After a neighborhood orientation walk, we'll learn to use London's underground transportation system and hop on the Tube. Mind the Gap! This evening, we'll have fun getting to know one another over dinner in an atmospheric pub. Then we'll climb aboard a vintage double-decker bus for a panoramic tour through the heart of the city.
